What's new at Innovative

Wow! We knew when we extended an invitation to our friends to join us for an open house, we'd get some support, but holy smokes - we were blown away at how many came out to support us in our new location. Our 30 years of operation have lead us to this great moment, and we look forward to your support as we undergo more changes for the better in the months ahead!

In this month's newsletter, we celebrate our open house, provide an opportunity to join Excel-apalooza, introduce the Hampshire Regional YMCA, and we meet service manager Eric Kerkhoff. Enjoy!

Introducing the Hampshire Regional YMCA
HRYMCA A community-based, cause-driven organization, the Hampshire Regional YMCA seeks to create well-being for the individuals and families they serve, emphasizing youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Through community collaborations, the YMCA is a strong and stable leader and an effective vehicle for improving the quality of life in Hampshire County.

On October 5th, the YMCA will be hosting their annual golf tournament at the Crumpin-Fox Golf Club in Bernardston. Register a team and join us, as Innovative will have a team there!

In addition, November 4th is the Building a Healthy Community 5k (and 2-mile walk) at Look Park in Florence. Proceeds for both events help to benefit YMCA scholarship programs. To enter, please visit the 5k registration page.

Meet Eric Kerkhoff
Eric KerkhoffEric Kerkhoff joined Innovative in 2008 as an Operations Analyst, coordinating and planning schedules and projects, and defining operational processes. Eric now serves as our Service Manager, monitoring client support services for successful dispatch and remediation, assisting with project scheduling, and analyzing metrics that measure and drive our service delivery efficiencies.

Eric came to Innovative after serving three years as a Network Administrator for a local manufacturing company, and was a former Tier 3 Support Resource at a regional Internet Service Provider (ISP). Eric holds CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications, and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator.

When away from the office, Eric would love to have more time for more hobbies, but spends most of his time wrangling his twin five-year old boys and trying to get as much sleep as he can in the hope that he can keep up with them.
