Meet Brian Scanlon
Brian ScanlonA twenty-year employee, Brian Scanlon started his career with Innovative January 2, 1996 as a part of our software development team. After spending several years traveling to install and support Innovative-developed software, Brian transitioned his ample experience in business analysis and application development to an internal role where he is responsible for financial soundness and HR compliance as part of the ownership team that purchased the company in 2003. When not working at Innovative, Brian serves on the Board of Directors for the Northeast Center for Youth and Families and the Westfield YMCA, as well as coaching in Westfield youth sports and NE Jr. Falcons Youth Hockey.
