Michael Lareau

Mike joined Innovative in 2010 after serving six years as the Senior Systems Engineer for a local municipality supporting an infrastructure of 250-users and 15 servers, serving as lead implementer on select projects. In 2013, Mike transitioned roles and is responsible for solutions analysis and design, conducting the majority of our network assessment review meetings, as well as completing the majority of our Statement of Work and Project Close documentation.

Mike is CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certified, , a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) in Windows Server 2012: Server Infrastruture, a Microsoft MCITP: Enterprise Administrator (MCITP:SA, MCITP:EA) in Windows Server 2008, a Fortinet Certified Network Security Professional, a Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA) for XenServer 6, is HP Sales Certified in Networking Solutions and Services [2014], is a Meru Certified Engineer, is a VMware Sales Professional (VSP), and holds an Associate of Science degree in IT Security from Springfield Technical Community College, where he currently serves on their Computer Information Technologies Advisory Board. Mike has also held the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification, as well as having been a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCP, MCSA, and MCSE) in Windows Server 2003.
