Introduction

The IBS team is comprised of highly skilled individuals with diverse backgrounds in computer technologies, software development, engineering, manufacturing & production, project management, and business. Along with extensive experience in providing computer solutions, IBS employees educational achievements include advanced degrees, technical certifications, and coursework from many institutions of higher learning.

We realize that knowledgeable, thoughtful employees are the keys to customer satisfaction and sponsor all our employees in the further refinement of their professional specialties. In addition, our extremely low turnover rate relative to the industry allows us develop lasting professional relationships with our customers.

Administration

Dave DelVecchio - President - x301

A 1992 graduate of the University of Central Florida, Dave is responsible for the strategic direction of IBS. An IBS employee since 1994, Dave's management experience helps provide IBS a clear vision and singular purpose. Dave has completed technical and sales training from HP, Microsoft, Symantec, Novell, 3Com, and Compaq, among others. Dave was named to the 2008 class of the Business West Forty Under 40, recognizing young business and community leaders of Western Massachusetts.  In addition, Dave serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Easthampton Chamber of Commerce, as well as a founding member of the Board of Directors for A Regional Chamber for Hampshire County. Brian Scanlon - Vice President & Treasurer - x302

A 1990 graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Brian joined IBS in 1996 as part of our software development team. After spending several years traveling to install and support IBS-developed software, Brian transitioned his ample experience in business analysis and application development to an internal role where he is responsible for financial soundness and HR compliance at IBS. Rich Holmes - General Manager - x315

Rich joined IBS in 2004, working with both our banking and SMB clients in the implementation and support of advanced solutions. Rich currently serves as General Manager, including solutions design as well as the tactical oversight of sales, operations, and technical services. Rich holds CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications, is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCP, MCSA, and MCSE), a Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Server Administrator, a VMware Certified Professional in vSphere 5.0, a Certified Double-Take Professional, a Marathon everRun Certified Administrator, a Citrix Certified Administrator in XenApp 4.0, Access Gateway Advanced 4.5, and XenServer Enterprise Edition 5, a Symantec Technical Specialist, an ASP - HP Enterprise Solutions, and is GFI Product Certified. Rich has also completed Disciplines of Business professional development training through the Mendoza School of Business at the University of Notre Dame.

Eric Kerkhoff - Call Center Supervisor

Eric joined IBS is 2008 as an Operations Analyst, coordinating and planning schedules and projects, and defining operational processes.  Eric now serves as our Call Center Supervisor, monitoring remote client support services, successful service call dispatch and remediation, and project scheduling.  Eric came to IBS after serving three years as a Network Administrator for a local manufacturing company, and is a former Tier 3 Support Resource at a regional ISP. Eric also serves as a valuable technical resource for remote support as he holds CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications, and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator.

Client Relations

Traci Hennessey - Client Relationship Manager - x304

Traci joined IBS in 2005, bringing to IBS over fifteen years experience in technology and telephony administration, support, training, and consulting. Traci is a Microsoft Certified Professional in Licensing Solutions, a Symantec Certified SMB Specialist and Sales Professional, a VMware Sales Professional, a Citrix Certified Sales Professional, and is GFI Sales Certified. A graduate of Western New England College, Traci is vital link between our clients and our technical and operations staff, managing sales processes, procurement processes, and vendor relationships.

Seth Fleischmann - Sales Coordinator - x303

Joining the IBS team in 2004, Seth is responsible for coordinating and generating quotes and proposals for materials and projects. Seth brought to IBS over six years experience as a sales and service representative and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Five Towns College. In addition, Seth has received pre-sales training from Microsoft, HP, and others, and holds Citrix Certified Sales Professional (CCSP) certification for Server Virtualization, Microsoft Sales Specialist (MSS) designation for Virtualization, and is HP Sales Certified in Networking products.

Shaun Mullaly - Financial Administrator - x305

IBS welcomed Shaun to our team in 2007. Shaun came to IBS after having worked as Office Manager, Bookkeeper, and HR Coordinator at a local motorcycle dealership for over ten years. At IBS, Shaun coordinates our Accounts Receivables, materials procurement, and oversees inventory control. Shaun is a graduate of Holyoke Community College with an Associates Degree in Business Management, and completed training at Harley-Davidson University in Advanced Administration and Accounting.

Kurt Poudrier - Service Coordinator - x321

Kurt joined IBS part-time in late 2011 as a Dispatcher in our call center operations team, coordinating and scheduling technicians for service requests and projects. Kurt joined IBS after three years of military service and fifteen years in materials handling and quality assurance working with a major regional wholesale distributor.

Support Services - Blue Team

Sean Benoit - Blue Team Lead - Network Engineer

Sean has been with IBS since 2001 and currently serves as our Technical Services Manager.  In this role, Sean focuses on streamlining services conducted by IBS staff for efficiency and effectiveness. Sean currently holds Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCP, MCSA, and MCSE) certification, is a MCTS in SharePoint, a MCPS in Small Business Server, is a Symantec Technical Specialist, a Certified Double-Take Professional, a VMware VSP, and is GFI Product Certified. Sean's expertise in the small business environment, rapport with clients, and attention to detail are key to his success.

Doug Bunnell - Network Specialist

Doug joined IBS in mid-2012 and brought to IBS over 15 consecutive years of IT network experience and 11 years of experience in both a leadership and end-user technical support role as a former Information Systems Manager at a regional field health care provider. With extensive knowledge of IT-related HIPAA security compliance and governance, Doug will prove a valuable resource to our many clients in the health-care field.

Tim Parsons - Network Specialist

Tim joined IBS in 2002 with over seven years experience in PC troubleshooting and customer service. Well versed in supporting both our small business and banking clients, Tim is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in Small Business Server 2003, a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in Microsoft Windows Vista: Configuration, a Symantec Technical Specialist (STS) in SEP, an Apple Certified Desktop Technician, Apple Certified Portable Technician, an Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist, and an Apple Certified Support Professional 10.6, and has completed coursework in the Network Technology program at Porter and Chester Institute.

Deb Zeigler - Network Specialist

Deb joined IBS in 2008 bringing over fifteen years experience in computer field services, serving as the Lead Service Technician, Technical Manager, and Director of Support for two area IT service companies. Deb has been an Apple Authorized Service Technician, is a Certified SonicWall Security Administrator (CSSA), a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and has ample experience in network planning, administration, maintenance, monitoring, systems implementation and support.

Jason Crews - Network Technician

Well versed in PC technology, Jason has been with IBS since 1997. Jason is a Symantec Technical Specialist (STS) in Backup Exec and has successfully completed service training on HP LaserJet printers and Craden passbook printers, a specialty printer used in the banking industry. He is also very proficient in all Microsoft desktop operating systems and many niche banking applications

Benjamin Gagnon - Network Technician

An experienced computer support technnician, Benjamin joined IBS in 2012 as a dedicated remote support, help-desk technician. Benjamin has served as an Assistive Technologies Specialist through the Office of Information Technologies (OIT) at a local university, and served as a Field Technician for a service provider in New Orleans, LA, helping local businesses rebuild following Hurricane Katrina.

Jason Leja - Network Technician

Jason joined IBS in 2001 with over three years experience in PC troubleshooting and customer service. Jason works closely with many small business clients in developing long-range technology plans and providing implementation and support services. Jason is CompTIA A+ certified, a Symantec Technical Specialist (STS), is certified on multiple Zenith backup products, and has successfully completed training on Microsoft Windows 2003 Small Business Server.

Support Services - Red Team

Scott Seifel - Red Team Lead - Network Specialist

A 1991 graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Scott is our Field Services Manager, responsible for working with his team to address client support needs via on-site services.   An IBS employee since 1998, Scott is a Microsoft Certified Professional, a Symantec Technical Specialist, a Fortinet Certified Network Security Professional, is GFI Product Certified, and holds the Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certifications.

Josh Churchill - Network Engineer

Joining IBS in 2008, Josh brought to IBS over three years experience as a computer support specialist at a 250-user regional hospital where he managed a LAN featuring Windows 2003 servers, 2000/XP workstations and all associated hardware, and provided desktop support to hospital staff. Josh holds CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications, is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCP, MCSA, and MCSE), a Symantec Technical Specialist in Backup Exec and Backup Exec System Recovery, a Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA) for XenServer 6, an HP AIS in ProCurve Networking, and HP AIS in Network Infrastructure, a Fortinet Certified Network Security Administrator, a Meru Certified Engineer, and has held the Cisco Certified Network Associate certification.

Jaime Pauline - Network Specialist

A resource at IBS sister-company TechCavalry since 2009, Jaime transitioned to supporting IBS clients in 2012. In the past, Jaime has served as a Network Administrator for a bio-tech manufacturing company, and as ample experience as a junior and lead network administrator at large not-for-profit organizations. Jaime currently holds CompTIA Network+ and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certifications.

Jon Fruge - Network Technician

Jon joined IBS in late 2011 as a Remote Services Technician. Jon came to us having previously served as a Field Service Technician for three years for a service provider in Connecticut that specialized in the support of dental practices, as well as having been the internal IT resource for a television station in Louisiana.  Jon is CompTIA A+ certified.

Glenn Stedman - Network Technician

Bringing to IBS 10 years of experience on PC-compatible point-of sale systems, Glenn joined IBS in 2000. Glenn is a MCTS in Windows Vista, is an HP/Compaq Accredited Platform Specialist (APS), a Dell Associate DCSE for Desktops, Workstations, and Portables, and is A+ certified. Glenn also excels at the service and maintenance of laser, inkjet, and dot-matrix printers, and Craden passbook printers.

Implementation Services

Jeremy Redmond - Project Manager

Jeremy joined IBS in 2005 with extensive experience in supporting clients running Microsoft Exchange Server and related compression and archival software. Jeremy currently serves as a Project Manager, coordinating project teams to keep projects on-time and within budget, as well and managing Innovative Cloud initiatives such as Innovative Cloud Exchange (ICE) and the Innovative Backup and Recovery Solution (BRS).  Jeremy holds CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, and Security+ certifications, has held Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer on Windows Server 2003 (MCP, MCSA, and MCSE) with a specialization in Exchange 2003 Messaging, a MCTS in Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 - Client Virtualization, System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2008, and Exchange 2007 and 2010 configuration, a MCITP: Enterprise Administrator (MCITP:SA, MCITP:EA) in Windows Server 2008, a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) in Windows Server 2012, a VMWare Certified Professional (VCP), a Certified Double-Take Professional, a Marathon everRun Certified Administrator, a Marathon everRun Certified Systems Architect, a Symantec Technical Specialist in Enterprise Vault and Backup Exec, a Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA) for Citrix XenServer 6 and XenDesktop, and is GFI Product Certified.

Mike Ross - Network Engineer

Joining the IBS team in early 2007, Mike is a key member of our implementation services team for our SMB, Mid-Market, and Financial clients. Mike is CompTIA A+ certified, is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCP, MCTS, MCSA, MCSE), a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in Windows 7 Configuration, Windows 7 and Office 2010 Deployment, Windows Server 2008 - Desktop Virtualization, Server Virtualization, and System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2008, a Microsoft MCITP: Enterprise Administrator in Windows Server 2008 (MCITP:SA, MCITP:EA), a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) in Windows Server 2012, and a Citrix Certified Administrator for Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp, XenServer, and NetScaler.

Mike Lareau - Network Engineer

Mike joined IBS in 2010 after serving six years as the Senior Systems Engineer for a local municipality supporting an infrastructure of 250-users and 15 servers. In addition to serving as lead implementer on select projects, Mike is also responsible for conducting the majority of our network assessments, as well as completing the majority of our Statement of Work and Project Close documentation. Mike is CompTIA Network+ certified, a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCP, MCSA, and MCSE), a Microsoft MCITP: Enterprise Administrator (MCITP:SA, MCITP:EA), a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) in Windows Server 2012, a Fortinet Certified Network Security Administrator, a Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA) for XenServer 6, is HP Sales Certified in Networking products, is a Meru Certified Engineer, and is currently enrolled at a local university working toward earning a degree in computer security.  Mike has also held the Cisco Certified Network Associate certification.
