Join IBS at two upcoming business events!
On Wednesday, October 5, 2011, Join IBS at the Greater Northampton Chamber of Commerce as we
will be co-sponsoring their annual Arrive at Five Open House.
The event features some of Northampton's favorite dining establishments and eateries,
so this is one event that shouldn't be missed!
Also in October, IBS will be an exhibitor at the Western MA Business Expo on October 18, 2011 at Mass Mutual Center in Springfield. This is an inaugural event, based upon the Market Show event run by the Affiliated Chambers of Springfield, but having been rescoped, rebranded, and renewed by area business news publication BusinessWest.

Deb Zeigler has earned Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator certification on Windows Server 2003, and has earned Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist certification on Exchange Server 2007
IBS achieves 98.2% CSAT rate
For the month of August, the IBS service team reached a new high for customer satisfaction (CSAT), achieving a 98.2% customer satisfaction rating. This rating is determined through the replies received to our close-ticket survey - 98.2% rated the service received as "Good" or "Excellent"! In order to provide feedback on service received, please complete those surveys - the information is very important to us!
