IBS launching new quote/proposal generation tool
To further streamline our operations, IBS is in the process of
testing and rolling out a new quote and proposal generation
tool. This solution allows IBS to aggregate all
documentation gathered in the quoting process, allows for peer
review by key members of the IBS staff, allows for documents to
be sent to end-users via email with full comment thread tracking
capabilities, allows for an electronic signature acceptance of
any quote or proposal, and fully integrates with our back-end
ticketing and service management system. Keep on the
look-out for quotes sent to you from our new system!
