Scott Ball and Deb Zeigler attain CSSA Certification
In early April, Scott and Deb successfully completed two days of hands-on advanced training and passed a certification exam on the SonicWALL Enhanced OS.
The Certified SonicWALL Security Administrator (CSSA) certification confirms their real-world knowledge and experiences with SonicWALL disciplines such as SonicOS firmware, VPN solutions, and security applications.

New team members added in 2008
Since the first of the year, IBS has added two new members to our technical services team, Josh Churchill and Deb Zeigler.
Joining IBS in February, Josh brings to IBS over three years experience as a computer support specialist at a 250-user regional hospital where he managed a LAN featuring Windows 2003 servers, 2000/XP workstations and all associated hardware, and provided desktop support to hospital staff. Josh holds CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications, is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCP, MCSA, and MCSE), and is a Cisco Certified Network Associate.
Deb joined IBS in March, bringing over fifteen years experience in computer field services, serving as the Lead Service Technician, Technical Manager, and Director of Support for two area IT service companies. Deb has been an Apple Authorized Service Technician, is a Certified SonicWall Security Administrator (CSSA), and has ample experience in network planning, administration, maintenance, monitoring, systems implementation and support.
