IBS is staffed by a group of highly skilled individuals with technical certifications from a variety of industry leaders. This allows us to provide a qualified technician, regardless of the service need. This is not a complete list, but highlights only key certifications.
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer - MCSEs design and implement an infrastructure solution that is based on the Windows operating system and Windows Server System software. Specializations include the MCSE: Messaging and the MCSE: Security. IBS employs multiple MCSEs on our staff.
Cisco Certified Network Administrator - The Cisco CCNA network associate certification validates the ability to install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot medium-size routed and switched networks, including implementation and verification of connections to remote sites in a WAN. This new curriculum includes basic mitigation of security threats, introduction to wireless networking concepts and terminology, and performance-based skills. IBS employs multiple CCNAs on our staff.
Citrix Certified Administrator - The CCA certification program focuses on the skills and knowledge foundation necessary to successfully support an existing implementation of specific Citrix products. IBS employs CCAs with a specialty in Presentation Server 4 on our staff.
Certified Double-Take Professional - The CDP certification is for professionals who have demonstrated skills to successfully implement Double-Take as part of a business solution in an organization. IBS employs multiple CDPs on our staff.
Certified Novell Administrator - CNAs provide companies direct support for software users in various work environments, including professional offices and small businesses, workgroups or departments, and corporate information services (IS). IBS employs one CNA on our staff.
GFi Product Certified - GFi Product Certified technicians have a demonstrated proficiency in the implementation and support of GFi-centric solutions. IBS employs multiple GFi Product Certified technicians on our staff.

Microsoft Certified Professional - MCPs stand apart from other IT personnel. They have demonstrated undeniable expertise with Microsoft products and platforms, from the Windows desktop operating system family to the Office platform to Small Business Server. IBS employs multiple MCPs on our staff.
CompTIA A+ Certified - CompTIA A+ certification validates the latest skills needed by today’s computer support professionals. It is an international, vendor-neutral certification, and confirms a technician's ability to perform tasks such as installation, configuration, diagnosing, preventive maintenance and basic networking. IBS employs multiple A+ Certified technicians on our staff.
CompTIA Network+ Certified - CompTIA Network+ validates the knowledge and skills of networking professionals. It is an international, vendor-neutral certification that recognizes a technician's ability to describe the features and functions of networking components and to install, configure and troubleshoot basic networking hardware, protocols and services. CompTIA Security+ Certified - CompTIA Security+ is an international, vendor-neutral certification that validates knowledge of communication security, infrastructure security, cryptography, operational security, and general security concepts. IBS employs Security+ Certified technicians on our staff.
Symantec Technical Specialist - Symantec Technical Specialists have demonstrated and certified proficiency in the installation, configuration, and support of Data Protection/High Availability products and/or Security products offered by Symantec. IBS employs multiple Symantec Technical Specialists on our staff.
Certified SonicWALL Security Administrator - The Certified SonicWALL Security Administrator (CSSA) certification confirms real-world knowledge and experiences with SonicWALL product disciplines such as SonicOS firmware, VPN solutions, or security applications. IBS employs multiple CSSAs on our staff.
HP Certified Professional - The HP Certified Professionals have a demonstrated ability to meet today's challenges with the business and technical skills needed to plan, deploy, maintain and support mission-critical IT environments, and respond rapidly to changing business needs.
