Innovative Business Systems (IBS) is staffed by a group of highly skilled individuals with diverse backgrounds in computer technologies, software development, engineering, manufacturing & production, project management, and business. We realize that knowledgeable, thoughtful employees are the keys to customer satisfaction and sponsor all our employees in the further refinement of their professional specialties.

Our extremely low turnover rate relative to the industry allows us develop lasting professional relationships with our customers. Along with extensive experience in providing computer solutions, IBS employees educational achievements include advanced degrees, technical certifications, and coursework from many institutions of higher learning.

Dave DelVecchio

Dave DelVecchio - President - A 1992 graduate of the University of Central Florida, Dave is responsible for the overall operations of IBS. An IBS employee since 1994, Dave's management and systems design experience help provide IBS customers with timely service of the highest quality. Dave is a Certified Novell Salesperson, Symantec Sales Expert, and has completed technical and sales training from 3Com, HP, Microsoft, and Compaq, among others. Brian Scanlon

Brian Scanlon - Vice President - A 1990 graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Brian is responsible for the successful development, implementation, and support of IBS software systems. An IBS employee since 1996, Brian's experience in project management, business analysis, technical writing, and application development ensures that clients realize the maximum effectiveness of their software applications. Traci Hennessey

Traci Hennessey - Market Development & Client Relations - Traci joined IBS in 2005, Traci brought to IBS over fifteen years experience in technology and telephony administration, support, training, and consulting. Traci is a Microsoft Certified Professional in Licensing Solutions, a Symantec Certified SMB Specialist and Sales Professional, a Citrix Certified Sales Professional, and is GFI Sales Certified. Seth Fleischmann

Seth Fleischmann - Customer Service Representative - Joining the IBS team in 2004, Seth is responsible for coordinating most customer support and quote requests. While others are out in the field, Seth is the person who most people think of as the voice of IBS, as he is often the first voice they hear when calling IBS. Shaun Mullaly

Shaun Mullaly - Operations Coordinator - IBS welcomed Shaun to our team in 2007. Shaun comes to us after having worked as Office Manager and Bookkeeper at a local motorcycle dealership for over ten years. Bill Tremblay

Bill Tremblay - President Emeritus - Bill's exposure to PC-technology began during his 15-year tenure with a Massachusetts-based defense contractor. His extensive experience in project management, systems engineering, and software development led to the founding of IBS in 1987. Elaine Tremblay

Scott Seifel

Scott Seifel - Chief Network Specialist - A 1991 graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Scott is responsible for the support and configuration of many of our financial services and eastern region clients. An IBS employee since 1998, Scott is a Cisco Certified Network Associate, a Microsoft Certified Professional, a Symantec Technical Specialist, is GFI Product Certified, and has extensive experience in both Novell and Microsoft networking technologies. Sean Benoit

Sean Benoit - Technical Services Manager - Sean has been with IBS since 2001. Sean currently holds Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCP, MCSA, and MCSE) certifications, is a Symantec Technical Specialist, a Certified Double-Take Professional, a VMware VSP, is GFI Product Certified, and is responsible for many IBS projects involving Microsoft Windows Server platform. Ben Scoble

Ben Scoble - Network Administrator - A 1995 graduate of Porter and Chester Institute with a concentration on Electronics and Electronic theory, Ben has been with IBS since 1996. Ben has successfully completed HP LaserJet service training, is A+ certified in core hardware and operating systems technologies, a Microsoft Certified Professional, a Symantec Technical Specialist, and a Certified Novell Administrator. Allen Belkin

Allen Belkin - Systems Analyst - A 1979 graduate of Empire State College, Allen is responsible for the development of IBS software applications. A skilled, experienced programmer, Allen has been with IBS since 1997. Along with his mastery of Microsoft database development platforms, his experience in accessing and consolidating data across multiple platforms and operating environments proves very valuable to many IBS clients. Rich Holmes

Rich Holmes - Network Engineer - Rich joined IBS in 2004 with extensive experience in supporting clients in the K-12 education environment. Working with both our banking and SMB clients, Rich holds CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications, is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCP, MCSA, and MCSE), a Certified Double-Take Professional, a Citrix Certified Administrator, a Symantec Technical Specialist, and is GFI Product Certified. Jeremy Redmond

Jeremy Redmond - Network Engineer - Jeremy joined IBS in 2005 with extensive experience in supporting clients running Microsoft Exchange Server and related compression and archival software, as well as having several years of experience in supporting a K-12 education environment. Jeremy holds CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications, is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCP, MCSA, and MCSE) with a specialization in Exchange 2003 Messaging, a Certified Double-Take Professional, a Symantec Technical Specialist, and is GFI Product Certified. Josh Churchill

Josh Churchill - Network Engineer - Joining IBS in 2008, Josh brings to IBS over three years experience as a computer support specialist at a 250-user regional hospital where he managed a LAN featuring Windows 2003 servers, 2000/XP workstations and all associated hardware, and provided desktop support to hospital staff. Josh holds CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications, is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCP, MCSA, and MCSE), and is a Cisco Certified Network Associate. Jason Crews

Jason Crews - Technician - Well versed in PC technology, Jason has been with IBS since 1997. Jason has successfully completed service training on HP LaserJet printers and Craden passbook printers, a specialty printer used in the banking industry. Glenn Stedman

Glenn Stedman - Technician - Bringing to IBS 10 years of experience on PC-compatible point-of sale systems, Glenn joined IBS in 2000. Glenn is an HP/Compaq Accredited Platform Specialist (APS), a Dell Associate DCSE for Desktops, Workstations, and Portables, and is A+ certified. Jason Leja

Jason Leja - Technician - Jason joined IBS in 2001 with over three years experience in PC troubleshooting and customer service. Jason works closely with select clients to develop long-range technology plans, provide help desk support, and facilitate and coordinate service from the IBS technical staff and third parties. Tim Parsons

Tim Parsons - Technician - Tim joined IBS in 2002 with over seven years experience in PC troubleshooting and customer service. Tim is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), an Apple Certified Desktop Technician, Apple Certified Portable Technician, and Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist, has completed coursework in the Network Technology program at Porter and Chester Institute, and is well versed in supporting both our small business and banking clients. Mike Ross

Mike Ross - Technician - Joining the IBS team in early 2007, Mike serves in both Operational and Technical capacities, helping to coordinate our back-end operations and perform in-house and triage repairs. Mike and came to us with experience in maintaining preventative maintenance programs, inventory control, and scheduling, is A+ certified, and a Microsoft Certified Professional. Scott Ball

Scott Ball - Technician - Scott joined IBS in 2007 after two years of serving as a Network Administrator for a company that administers online human resources training and assessment systems. In addition, Scott gained eight years of technical and customer service experience at two area Internet Service Providers, supporting clients, provisioning circuits, and managing a call center. Deb Zeigler

Deb Zeigler - Technician - The newest member of the IBS team, Deb joined IBS in 2008 bringing over fifteen years experience in computer field services, serving as the Lead Service Technician, Technical Manager, and Director of Support for two area IT service companies. Deb has been an Apple Authorized Service Technician, is a Certified SonicWall Security Administrator (CSSA), and has ample experience in network planning, administration, maintenance, monitoring, systems implementation and support.
