We realize that knowledgeable, thoughtful employees are the keys to customer satisfaction and sponsor all our employees in the further refinement of their professional specialties.
Our extremely low turnover rate relative to the industry allows us develop lasting professional relationships with our customers. Along with extensive experience in providing computer solutions, IBS employees educational achievements include advanced degrees, technical certifications, and coursework from many institutions of higher learning.

Dave DelVecchio - President - x301 - A 1992 graduate of the University of Central Florida, Dave is responsible for the overall operations of IBS. An IBS employee since 1994, Dave's management and systems design experience help provide IBS customers with timely service of the highest quality. Dave is a Certified Novell Salesperson, Symantec Sales Expert, and has completed technical and sales training from 3Com, HP, Microsoft, and Compaq, among others. Brian Scanlon - Vice President & Treasurer - x302 - A 1990 graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Brian joined IBS in 1996 as part of our software support team. After spending several years traveling to install and support IBS-developed software, Brian transitioned his ample experience in business analysis and application development to an internal role where he is responsible for the oversight of the Human Resources and Financial functions at IBS. Traci Hennessey - Client Relationship Manager - x304 - Traci joined IBS in 2005, Traci brought to IBS over fifteen years experience in technology and telephony administration, support, training, and consulting. Traci is a Microsoft Certified Professional in Licensing Solutions, a Symantec Certified SMB Specialist and Sales Professional, a VMware Sales Professional, a Citrix Certified Sales Professional, and is GFI Sales Certified. Seth Fleischmann - Customer Service Representative - x303 - Joining the IBS team in 2004, Seth is responsible for coordinating most service and materials quote requests. Seth brought to IBS over six years experience as a sales and service representative and works to keep IBS running effectively and efficiently. Seth has received pre-sales training from Microsoft, HP, and others, and holds Citrix Certified Sales Professional (CCSP) certification for Server Virtualization, and Microsoft Sales Specialist (MSS) designation for Virtualization. Shaun Mullaly - Operations Coordinator - x305 - IBS welcomed Shaun to our team in 2007. Shaun comes to us after having worked as Office Manager and Bookkeeper at a local motorcycle dealership for over ten years. Eric Kerkhoff - Operations Analyst - x321 - Eric joined IBS is 2008 as an Operations Analyst, coordinating and planning schedules and projects, and defining operational processes. Eric came to IBS after serving three years as a Network Administrator for a local manufacturing company, and is a former Tier 3 Support Resource at a regional ISP. Eric also serves as a valuable technical resource for remote support as he holds CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications, and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator. Sean Benoit - Technical Services Manager - x312 - Sean has been with IBS since 2001. Rich Holmes - Network Architect/Operations Manager - x315 - Rich joined IBS in 2004, working with both our banking and SMB clients in the implementation and support of advanced solutions. Beginning in September 2008, Rich was promoted to Network Architect/Operations Manager, available as a resource to design and coordinate solutions to be delivered by the entire IBS technical staff. Mike Ross - Network Engineer - x317 - Joining the IBS team in early 2007, Mike began at IBS by serving in an Operational capacity, helping to coordinate vendor management, inventory control, and in-house repairs. Glenn is a MCTS in Windows Vista, is an HP/Compaq Accredited Platform Specialist (APS), a Dell Associate DCSE for Desktops, Workstations, and Portables, and is A+ certified. Jason Leja - Technician - x313 - Jason joined IBS in 2001 with over three years experience in PC troubleshooting and customer service. Jason works closely with many small business clients in developing long-range technology plans, providing implementation and support services, and coordinating with third party vendors. Deb Zeigler - Technician - x320 - Deb joined IBS in 2008 bringing over fifteen years experience in computer field services, serving as the Lead Service Technician, Technical Manager, and Director of Support for two area IT service companies. Jonathan Hebert - Remote Services Technician - x322 - Jonathan Hebert joined IBS in 2008 after having served for over a year as a Field Support Technician for a wholesale distributor where he supported users in six regional warehouses stretching up and down the I91 corridor. Prior, Jon had worked for five years as a Facilities Management Site Supervisor at a local college for an office solutions company, acting as "first responder" for all printer and copier repairs. Jon has ample experience providing first point of contact triage support for Windows based PCs, wired and wireless networks, and common Windows server administration and now provides remote triage services out of the IBS office.
